Property Strategies

Property Strategies was established by Joanne McCracken and Grant Utteridge in 2003 to provide specialist commercial property management and property advisory services based in Rotorua. Since then we have established a high service company based on building relationships with clients and working to further their interests. We have a team of three with full time qualified property management staff in the office.

The company provides a specialist property service to help property owners maximise their investments in commercial and industrial property.

Its services include portfolio analysis, property and lease management, building expense analysis, maintenance and asset plans, site acquisition and divestment support.

Joanne McCracken is a Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand and the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and a Registered Valuer. Property Strategies operates across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions. Clients include corporate and individual investors and tenants. A significant portion of work is undertaken with Whanau and Hapu trusts founded under Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.
